みなさま、ご存じのとおり、この8月、障害者権利条約の審査がジュネーブで行われました。日本から多くの方々も熱い思いをもって訪れた現場へとDPI日本会議副議長の尾上浩二さんも行かれ、今回は特別にご寄稿をいただきました。

また、今年度は夢宙設立20周年を祝し、みなさまに感謝をお伝えする企画記事の第2弾もご用意しております。そのほか、動向が気になる「優生裁判のいま」、久々に受け入れたダスキン研修生たちのわくわく滞在記、夢宙から何人ものスタッフが参加したアメリカへのＡＤＡツアーの報告などなど、今号も真夏の暑さと運動の熱とがあいまって、一段とホットな仕上がりとなっております。

Highlights of this issue

 

As you all know, a review panel of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was held in Geneva this past August, where Japan is being examined. Many people from Japan also visited there with passion. Mr. Koji Onoue Vice President of Japan National Assembly of DPI, also went to Geneva and contributed an article especially for us.

In addition, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of CIL Muchu's establishment this year, we have prepared a second series of articles to express our gratitude to all of you. In addition, we also have a report on the "Eugenics Trial Today", a report on the exciting stay of Duskin trainees, and a report on the ADA tour to the U.S., in which many Muchu-staffs participated. The heat of midsummer combined with the enthusiasm of the movement makes this issue even hotter.
